摘要
我国长三角地区作为我国经济与港口物流发展最发达的区域,其港口物流服务功能应合理分类并实施相应的策略。选取模糊聚类的分析方法,从港口物流的综合服务、基础生产、辅助作业和衍生支持服务等方面进行长三角港口物流服务功能归类,不同的港口物流功能形成了不同的类型。未来长三角港口应根据港口物流功能发展的特征对港口进行合理发展方向定位;区域港口群发展进行分层次的治理模式;加快区域港口资源整合和港口群发展整体的国际竞争力提升。
As the most developed region of China's economy and port logistics, Yangtze River Delta deserves a reasonable classification of its port logistics service functions and the corresponding strategies. By using fuzzy clustering method, this study classifies the port logistics service functions of Yangtze River Delta into several categories, i.e., integrated services, basic production service, auxiliary service and derivative support services. Different port logistics functions have formed different types. It is proposed that, first, in the future ports in the Yangtze River Delta should be developed with rea- sonable orientations in accordance with their characteristics of logistics functions; second, hierarchical governance mode should be carried out in the regional port group; third, the integration of regional port resources and the international competitiveness of the overall port group should be promoted.
