摘要
目的:对比手术切除与介入栓塞治疗肾错构瘤破裂出血的疗效。方法:肾错构瘤破裂出血患者90例根据随机数字表法原则分为治疗组与对照组各45例,对照组采用手术肿瘤剜除治疗,治疗组采用介入栓塞治疗。结果:所有患者都顺利完成治疗,两组手术时间进行对比,其差异在统计学上没有意义(P>0.05),然而在术后恢复正常活动时间、术后止痛剂用量以及术后住院时间方面,治疗组都比对照组少(P<0.05)。所有患者术后随访3个月,治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为88.9%和86.7%,都在85.0%以上,组间对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。随访期间患者有恶心呕吐、肝功能异常、血尿、低热等并发症的人数方面,治疗组均比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:肾错构瘤破裂出血通过栓塞进行治疗能在保持成功率与近远期疗效的基础上,比手术切除更能减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。
Objective： To compare the efficacy of surgery and embolization hamartoma for the renal combined with rupture. Methods： All 90 renal combined with rupture patients were randomly equally divided to the treatment group and the control group. The control group were given suffering kidney surgery,the treatment group were used embolization treatment. Results： All patients were successfully completed treatment,the surgery time compared in the two groups were showed no significant difference（ P 0. 05）,but the amount of postoperative analgesics,postoperative resume normal and postoperative hospital stay time in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group（ P 0. 05）. All patients were followed up for 3 months,the response rates in the treatment group and the control group were 88. 9% and 86. 7% that were all than 85. 0%（ P 0. 05）. The fever,nausea and vomiting,hematuria,abnormal liver function complications in the two groups during followed-up in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with surgery,embolization for renal combined with rupture can maintain the success rate on the basis of long-term efficacy and nearly on reducing the incidence of complications that should be widely applied.
