摘要
针对某银钒石煤矿钙含量高的特点,进行了反浮选工艺流程试验和扩大连续试验,较好地回收了有价元素钒及银,并有效地降低了银钒精矿中的CaO等杂质。扩大连续试验获得银钒含V2O51.49%、含Ag 151.22 g/t;V2O5和Ag的回收率分别为95.38%和87.18%,CaO的脱除率为94.11%,试验指标较理想,为同类型石煤钒矿选矿提供了有效途径。
The sliver and vanadium deposits contains high content of Cao,therefore,reverse flotation in flowsheet experimental test and polot-scale continuous test had been conducted,the useful element V2O5 and Ag had been recovered well and the content of CaO and other impurities in the vanadium concentrate was reduced effectively. The silver vanadium concentrate obtained from polot-scale continuous test contains V2O51. 49% and Ag 151. 22 g / t,and the recovery rate of V2O5 and Ag in vanadium concentrate is 94. 46% and 88. 49%,respectively. The recovery rate of CaO in calcium concentrate is 90. 45%. Test index of the flowsheet is more ideal,which puts forword a effective recover approach of the same ore.
