摘要
采用分子蒸馏法富集纯化葵花油中的亚油酸。应用响应面试验设计,考察分子蒸馏温度、真空度、刮板转速对亚油酸含量的影响,分析优化各因素及最佳组合,得出分子蒸馏法富集葵花油中亚油酸最佳工艺条件为蒸馏温度170℃、真空度1.0 mbar、刮板速度160 r/min。在此条件下做验证实验,得到亚油酸含量为82.8%,所得回归模型拟合情况良好,达到设计要求。经过一级分子蒸馏,亚油酸含量由62.7%提高至82.8%。
Linoleicoil was enriched from sunfloweroil bymolecular distillation. Response surface experimental design was used to study the effectofmolecular distillation temperature,vacuum and scraper speedon linoleic acidcontent,analyze andoptimize the factors and the bestcombination.The optimumconditions were distillation temperatureof 170℃,vacuumof 1.0mbar,scraper speedof 160 r/min. Under theseconditions,the linoleic acidcontent was 82.8%,and the regressionmodel revealed excellent fitting degree andcouldmeet the design requirements.Linoleic acidcontent increased from 62.7% to 82.8% byone–stagemolecular distillation.
