摘要
思想政治教育贯穿于高职教育教学的全过程,与学生朝夕相处的辅导员在思想政治教育工作中发挥着重大作用。在思想政治教育工作中,辅导员应进一步转变教育工作理念,创新教育工作方法,团结一切力量,积极促进合力育人,提升自身综合素质,加强针对性教育,以更高的责任感和使命感,做好新时期高职学生思想政治教育工作。
Ideological and political education of higher vocational education go throughout the whole process of teaching, counselors who stay together with students in daily life play a significant role in the ideological and political education of college students. In vocational ideological and political education,vocational counselors should further change ideas, create innovative education methods, unite all forces together to actively promote education, improve their overall quality, strengthen the relevance of education, take a higher sense of responsibility and mission, do well in ideological and political education of college students in higher vocational colleges in new era.
