摘要
全球经济刚刚复苏尚未回暖和高职院校扩招等因素,给高职院校学生就业工作带来了新的挑战。辅导员作为和学生在校关系最为密切的人,如何在学生就业工作方面发挥出更大的作用值得思考。分析辅导员在高职学生就业指导工作中的优势,并提出辅导员在学生就业指导具体工作中的有效策略,对切实做好毕业生就业工作,具有重要意义。
