MPS-HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机在超高水分褐煤工程中的应用

摘要 MPS-HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机已经应用于70多个高水分的褐煤工程(设计煤Mt<35%),其中近50个项目已经投入了运行,磨煤机的出力均达到或超过设计值,设备运行状况良好。目前许多电厂的运行煤质与设计煤质偏差超出国家标准的要求,有些电厂(如大唐长春第三热电厂)的原煤水分更高,甚至达到Mt=40.9%,超出设计值18.5%。本文将主要以大唐长春第三热电厂MPS190HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机项目为例,简介新型磨煤机在磨制超设计值高水分褐煤工程上的实际应用。 MPS-HP-Ⅱ type medium speed mill has been applied in more than 70 projects of high moisture lignite (design coal Mt〈35%) and 50 of those have been under operation. Capacity of mills reaches or exceeds design value with operating in good condition. At present, deviation of applied coal and designed coal exceeds the national standard in several power plants, raw coal even with higher moisture Mt=40.9% which exceeds 18.5% of designed value in some power plants (e.g. Datang Changchun Third Co-Generation Power Plant). This article mainly takes MPS 190HP-Ⅱ type medium speed mill applied in Datang Changchun Third Co-Generation Power Plant as an example, introducing new type mill's practical application by using the applied coal which exceeds design value in high moisture lignite project.
