摘要
为研究冷弯薄壁型钢卷边槽形截面构件畸变屈曲承载力计算方法,基于能量法采用大挠度理论对部分加劲板件的非线性畸变屈曲承载力进行推导分析,得到冷弯薄壁型钢部分加劲板件屈曲稳定系数和畸变屈曲承载力计算方法,并采用有限元分析结果验证该方法的精确性。利用我国现行国家标准GB 50018—2002"冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范"中的有效宽度法公式计算畸变屈曲承载力,与分析提出的建议方法计算结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:基于能量法提出的计算畸变屈曲承载力方法是精确、可行的。在修正部分加劲板件屈曲稳定系数的基础上,可以采用我国现行国家标准GB 50018—2002"冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范"中有效宽度法的公式计算发生畸变屈曲的构件截面承载力,从而建立了考虑局部和畸变屈曲承载力的统一计算公式。
To study the distortional buckling strength calculated method for cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel members, distortional-buckling strength and corresponding stability coefficient of cold-formed thin-walled steel members with lipped channel section were developed based on nonlinear post-buckling strength analysis of partially stiffened elements using the energy method and the large deflection theory. The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by using the finite element method. Furthermore, comparison on post-distortional buckling strength estimation was conducted between the energy method proposed and the effective width method provided by the national code "technical code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures"(GB 50018—2002). The results show that the energy method proposed is much more efficient; with modification of stability coefficient of partially stiffened elements, similar formula to the effective width method for post-local buckling provided by "technical code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures"(GB 50018—2002) can be used to calculate the post-distortional buckling strength. A unified formula calculating load-carrying capacity of cold-formed lipped channel members considering local and distortional buckling was suggested.
