摘要
家庭农场在我国迅猛发展,呈未来主流农业经营模式之势,学术界对此展开大量研究。根据国内最近研究成果,对我国发展家庭农场的优势、动因与出路进行归纳与述评。通过梳理有关研究可以发现,与小农、合作社、农业企业等农业经营模式相比,促进农民增收成为家庭农场模式的显著优势。其发展动因源于农户为获取农业利润最大化,产生扩大农业经营规模的需求,加上政府的积极推动,共同驱动家庭农场的发展。发展出路在于制定配套的扶持政策、选择合适的发展模式和确定家庭农场的适度规模。家庭农场在我国尚处于探索阶段,且各地发展很不平衡,加之其本身的复杂性,已有研究主要集中于理论层面分析,实证研究较少,需进一步深入探究。
The family farm had being developed in China, has become the mainstream of agricultural management pattern in China in the future. In this paper, based on the domestic recent research, summarized and reviewed the advantage, motivations and ways of Chinese family farm. By combing the research we could find that, compared to the family farm model and agricultural enterprises, the significant advantage was the ability to promote the farmers＇ income. Its development motivation came from farmers to get agricultural profit maximization, so had to expand the scale of agricultural management, together with the government actively promote, driven the development of the family farm. Development ways lay lied in the form a complete set of supporting policy, selected the appropriate development mode and determined the moderate scale of family farms. Due to family farms in China was still in the exploratory stage and development was not balanced, the existing research mainly focuses on the analysis of the theoretical and empirical studies was less, which was worth further exploring.
