摘要
"脾不散精"是糖尿病的发病基础;"湿滞津停"是糖尿病的发病关键。祛湿运津方药具有不同程度地减轻炎症反应、提高胰岛素敏感性、增加肝糖原含量和保护胰岛β细胞功能等作用,辨证选用祛湿运津方药对提高糖尿病的防治水平具有重要的临床意义。
The theroy of spleen failing to disperse the essence is the basic cause of diabetes and dampness and body fluid stagnation the key of its onset. The durgs and prescriptions which can expell dampness and activate the body fluid movement have the functions of alleviating inflammation,improving insluin sensitivity,increasing the liver starch content and protecting the islet βcell,with improtant signficance for improving the treatment of diabetes in clinic.
