摘要
目的了解参与严重临床异常病例/事件监测的医院和疾控机构工作人员对监测工作的知识、态度与行为现况,为提高监测工作质量及今后开展类似监测工作提供科学依据。方法采用自填式问卷,对上海市和江苏省9家监测试点医院和11家疾病预防控制机构相关工作人员进行调查。结果参与调查的124名监测工作人员中,对严重临床异常病例/事件监测的知晓率为61%,不同地区工作人员间知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.36,P=0.004);对整个监测工作的认同率为59%;63人自觉开展监测工作,行动率为51%。接受过培训的工作人员对监测工作的知晓率、认同率和行动率均高于未接受过培训的工作人员(分别χ2=23.27,P<0.001;χ2=15.86,P<0.001;χ2=10.96,P=0.001);接受过督导的工作人员对监测工作的认同率和行动率高于未接受过督导的工作人员(分别χ2=18.95,P<0.001;χ2=6.35,P=0.012)。结论严重临床异常病例/事件监测医院和疾控机构工作人员对监测工作的相关知识、态度和行为有待改善和提高,培训和督导可起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge, attitude and behavior of staff who participated in the surveillance of severe clinical abnormal cases/events in hospitals and disease control and prevention facilities so as to provide scientific evidence for improving the quality of the surveillance. Methods A self - administered questionnaire was used for collecting in- formation of staff from 9 monitoring hospitals and 11 centers for diseases control and prevention in Shanghai City and Jiangsu Prov- ince. Results Among 124 surveillance staff members surveyed, the overall awareness rate of severe clinical abnormal case/ event surveillance was 61%, with statistically significant differences in the awareness rate among staff from different areas （ X2 = 8.36, P = 0. 004）. The rate of acceptance towards the surveillance work was 59 %. 63 （51% ） of the 124 staff members reported actively implementing the surveillance work. The rates of awareness, acceptance and action about the surveillance work were higher in the trained staff than in the non- trained staff （X2=23.27, P〈0.001; Z2=15.86, P〈0.001; x2=10.96, P= 0. 001 ）. The rates of acceptance and action about the surveillance work were higher in the supervised staff than in the non - super- vised staff （ x2= 18.95, P 〈0. 001 ; ）2 = 6.35, P = 0. 012）. Conclusions The surveillance - related knowledge, attitude and behavior of the staff from the hospitals and disease control and prevention facilities of severe clinical abnormal case/event surveillance need to be improved and enhanced, and training and supervision might be effective.
