摘要
目的:为便于重症加强护理病房中医务人员、救治流程以及医疗设备的相互配合,设计了一种以临床需求为导向的监护吊塔。方法:医务和工程人员联合组成设计小组,重点从监护吊塔的安全性、电路和气路的接口配置、防感染、优化医疗护理操作流程等方面遵照安全、适用、便利的原则设计制造了单体式双悬臂吊塔。结果:单体式双悬臂吊塔从材料到结构既有利于医疗安全,特别是有利于医院感染的防控,又优化了医疗护理操作流程。结论:单体式双悬臂吊塔是目前较先进合理的设计,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To design a clinical-demand-oriented hoist tower to coordinate medical staffs, treatment flow and medical equipment in the ward. Methods Staffs from medical and engineering departments were integrated to design the two-cantilever tower with the considerations on the safety of the tower, the interface between electrical system and pneumatic system, infection prevention, nursing flow optimization and etc. Results The tower contributed to medical safety, nosocomial infection prevention and control as well as nursing flow optimization. Conclusion The tower with proper design is worthy popularizing clinically.
