摘要
目的 :对负压型生物安全二级实验室进行功能设定、分区布局与结构设计,使之满足实验室设备安装、环境适应性和生物安全防护性能要求,提高移动类实验室装备研究的技术水平。方法:对实验室作业需求和结构进行分析研究,采用奔驰1829二类底盘进行设计,将车厢划分为实验间、准备间、送风设备间、排风设备间和空调外机间4个区域。结果:该实验室的功能设置、分区布局和结构设计可满足在野外从事病原微生物样本采集、分离培养与检测作业的需求,实现传染病现场检验装备的小型化和高机动化。结论:该设计充分利用了车厢的有限空间,布局紧凑、科学、合理,为今后的移动实验室研究奠定了良好的技术基础。
Objective To execute function determination, layout and structure design of a negative-pressure BSL-2 laboratory to meet the requirements of installation, environment adaptability and biological safety. Methods The missions and structure of the platform were analyzed, and the platform based on Benz 1829 chassis had its compartment divided into the sections for experiment, preparation, ventilation device, exhaust device and outdoors part of air conditioner. Results The platform could be used for the sample collection, isolation, culture and detection of pathogenic microorganisms in field conditions, with the detection devices being small-sized and highly mobile. Conclusion The platform makes full use of the limited compartment space and has a rational layout, and lays a foundation for the further research on mobile laboratory.
