摘要
西气东输管道作为国内主要的天然气管道工程,具有丰富的余热资源。对于西气东输二线西段的A、B两站,可分别采用常规蒸汽轮机发电方案、有机朗肯发电方案的方式对燃气轮机的余热进行利用,且可利用的余热分别为1.147亿k J/h与0.818亿k J/h,具有很大的节能减排潜力。冷热电需求与经济分析表明,常规蒸汽轮机发电方案可行。要确定全线各站余热利用方式,还需要对所有压气站的总余热发电方式进行技术经济分析。
The Second West- to- East Pipeline Project as the main natural gas project in China,has a great deal of waste heatresources.For Aand B stations ofthe west section ofthe pipeline,the methods of conventional steam turbine power generation and organic Rankine power generation can be adopted to utilize the waste heat with a amountof 1.147×10~8 kJ/hand 8.18×10~7kJ/h respectively.The analysis on the demand for cool and he at power generations shows that the conventional steam turbine power generation is reliable.However,in orderto determine the way to utilize waste heat for each station in the whole pipeline,the economic and technical analysis on the generalwaste heatpowergeneration at allcompression stations ofthe whole pipeline shouldbe made.
