摘要
以采煤机整机为研究对象,利用采煤机滚筒截割反力的计算公式,求得在不同方向上的载荷分量,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立采煤机有限元模型,对整机进行谐响应分析,获得不同激振频率下整机的响应情况,为采煤机设计与优化提供理论依据。
Obtained the load components in different directions by using the shearer drum cutting counterforce calculation formula,established the finite element model of the shearer and made a harmonic response analysis on it by ANSYS Workbench, got frequency responses under the different load conditions,provided theoretical basis for design and optimization of shearer.
