摘要
本文阐述不同病因胸椎管狭窄症的手术治疗方式,预后因素及并发症。通过查阅大量文献,描述针对不同病因胸椎管狭窄症不同手术治疗方式及优缺点。针对不同的病因导致的胸椎管狭窄症,应该用不同的手术方式予以治疗。术前应评估好影响患者预后的因素,制定恰当的手术方式,术中精细操作,以预防术后并发症,并取得良好的手术效果。
Describes the surgical treatment of different causes of thoracic spinal stenosis , prognostic factors and complications. Through extensive literature review describes the different causes of thoracic spinal stenosis and the advantages and disadvantages of different surgical methods for the treatment. The thoracic spinal stenosis which led by different causes should be treated with different surgical approaches. Preoperative evaluation of patients for prognostic factors, the development of appropriate surgical approach, intraoperative fine operation to prevent postoperative complications, and achieved good results of operations.
