摘要
作为反映全血凝血和纤溶能力的指标，血栓弹力图正在被越来越多地应用于指导术中输血、高凝状态的监测和纠正、创伤患者救治以及凝血机制研究等领域。文章综述了血栓弹力图在缺血性脑血管病患者中的临床应用价值和局限性。
As the indexes of reflecting whole blood coagulation and fibrinolytic capacity, thrombelastography are being increasingly used in the fields of guiding intraoperative blood transfusion, hypercoagulable state monitoring and correction, treatment of trauma patients, and clotting mechanism research. This article reviews the clinical application value and limitation of thrombelastography in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
