摘要
利用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯高度支链化、充当活性稀释剂的特性和同时进行的酯化反应和自由基聚合工艺,合成了无溶剂丙烯酸多元醇水分散体。研究了引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯对制备无溶剂丙烯酸多元醇的作用,评价了酸值对分散体的粒径和贮存稳定性的影响,并对树脂的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:叔碳酸缩水甘油酯可以充当釜底高沸点活性稀释剂,合成的丙烯酸多元醇树脂黏度可降低40%左右,因此合成树脂过程中可以不添加任何溶剂。30 mg KOH/g酸值的分散体具有较好的粒径和优异的贮存稳定性。由此证明利用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯可以成功制备无溶剂丙烯酸多元醇水分散体,贮存稳定且由其制备的漆膜性能良好。
Glycidyl neodecanoate with highly branched and reactive diluent property was incorporated through simultaneous esterification and free radical reaction into the backbone of solvent-free acrylic polyol dispersion. The impact of glycidyl neodecanoate on the preparation of dispersion was investigated. At the same time, the effect of acid value on particle size and storage stability of the dispersions was evaluated. Furthermore the structure and properties of the resin were characterized. The results showed that glycidyl neodecanoate could act as a high boiling point reactive diluent in initial reaction charge and reduced the viscosity of the acrylic polyol by approx. 40%, so no solvent was needed during the reaction. It was also shown that the dispersion with acid value of 30 mgKOH/g had good particle size and excellent storage stability. Thus, solvent-free acrylic polyols aqueous dispersions were made successfully by using glycidyl neodecanoate, which exhibited good storage stability and enabled good properties of the cured film therefrom.
