摘要
目的:对蓖麻油、氢化蓖麻油及其聚氧乙烯衍生物的主要脂肪酸进行分析,为2015年版中国药典辅料质量标准起草提供参考。方法:分别采用薄层色谱(TLC)、气相色谱(GC)对蓖麻油、氢化蓖麻油及其聚氧乙烯衍生物进行主要脂肪酸分析。结果:本实验建立的GC方法将蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油衍生物中的主要脂肪酸蓖麻油酸与氢化蓖麻油中主要脂肪酸12-羟基硬脂酸基线分离,并且优于TLC的分离效果。结论:本实验建立的GC方法能用于蓖麻油、氢化蓖麻油及其聚氧乙烯衍生物的鉴别。
Objective: To research the main fatty acids in castor oil,hydrogenated castor oil and polyeoxyethylene derivatives for the reference of the excipient quality standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition). Methods:TLC and GC methods were used for the analysis of the main fatty acids of castor oil,hydrogenated castor oil,and polyeoxyethylene derivatives. Results: Ricinoleic acids in castor oil and polyeoxyethylene derivatives and 12-hydroxystearate in hydrogenated castor oil can be identified separately by GC method. And the separation by GC method was better than by TCL method. Conclusion: The GC method established can be used for the identification of the main fatty acids in castor oil,hydrogenated castor oil,and polyeoxyethylene derivatives.
