摘要
目的评估低浓度（0．002％）丝裂霉素C在中高度远视眼LASIK术中应用的临床效果。方法临床病例对照研究。分析2010年9月至2012年9月间在宁波市眼科医院就诊并手术的中高度远视眼患者17例（34只眼），行LASIK手术；其中右眼行常规治疗（对照组），左眼术中使用低浓度丝裂霉素C（依矫正度数的高低）浸泡10～40s（MMc组），余皆常规治疗，均随访6个月，分别观察术后第一天、第十天和第一、三、六个月的裸眼视力（UCVA）、等效球镜（SE）、弥漫性层间角膜炎（DLK）的发生等。使用SPSS15．0统计软件进行统计学分析，行配对t检验。结果在术后早期，二组手术后裸眼视力、等效球镜、弥漫性层间角膜炎和干眼的发生差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后三个月起，在UCVA和SE上，二组差异统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在中高度远视眼的LASIK术中使用低浓度丝裂霉素C浸泡，可以减少远视度数的回退，有利于手术效果的巩固，并提高手术的可预测性。
Objective To evaluate the effects of low concentration （0.002%） mitomycin C for moderate and high hyperopia in LASIK operation. Methods Seventeen patients （34 eyes） with moderate and high hyperopia, received laser in situ keratomileursis from September 2010 to September 2012 and followed-up of 6 months were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups at random： MMC and control group, the uncorrected visual acuity, spherical equivalent, diffuse lamellar keratitis （DLK）, the sensation of dry eye were observed and compared between two groups preoperatively and 1st day, 10th day, 1st month, 3rd month, and 6th month postoperatively. The data were managed and analyzed with statistical software of SPSS 15.0. The research adopted the case-control study. Results It was similar on change of uncorrected visual acuity, spherical equivalent, the ratio of diffuse lamellar keratitis （DLK） and marks of eye dry sensation after opera- tion between two groups at earlier post-operation; on S.E. and UCVA, from 3rd month post-operation it was different between two groups. Conclusions The use of low concentration （0.002%） mitomycin C in LASIK operation for moderate and high hyperopia is effective to reduce hyperopia back, to the benefit of strengthening result and to raise the predictability of operation.
