摘要
目的:观察中医七情理论在产后抑郁患者护理中的效果。方法:选取60例均为2013年01月至2014年08月期间在乐亭县妇幼保健院、唐山市中医医院产科门诊及住院并符合病例筛选标准产后抑郁症患者;随机分成两组,治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组予情志护理配合按摩"十三鬼穴",每日1次,2周为1疗程,观察1个疗程。对照组予常规护理,2周为1疗程,观察1个疗程。各组患者接受治疗前后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表、SF-36量表评分。结果:治疗组和对照组均能有效降低患者HAMD评分、提高SF-36量表评分,组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组显著降低患者HAMD评分、提高SF-36量表评分。结论:初步证实运用情志护理配合按摩"十三鬼穴"能有效改善产后抑郁患者的抑郁状态,提高生活质量,临床疗效明显,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of seven emotions theory in nursing care of patients with postpartum depression.Methods： 60 cases were in January 2013 to August 2014 period in Leting county maternal and child health hospital,Tangshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology outpatient and inpatient and met the case selection criteria in patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and controlled group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given mental nursing combined with massage ＂thirteen ghost points＂,once daily,2weeks as a course of treatment,observed 1course. The controlled group received routine nursing care,2weeks as a course of treatment,observed1 course. Each patient received before and after treatment were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale,SF scale score of 36.Results： the treatment group and the controlled group were found to be effective in reducing HAMD scores in patients with SF,improve a 36 scale,within group comparison,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlled group of patients with HAMD score,increase SF 36 scale. Conclusion： The use of emotional nursing combined with massage＂thirteen ghost points＂can effectively improve the depressive state of patients with postpartum depression,improve the quality of life,clinical curative effect is obvious,safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.
