摘要
在导弹战斗部装药爆炸毁伤效率的优化中,为了解决破爆型串联战斗部前级环型聚能装药结构对后级战斗部的侵彻毁伤问题,改进装药结构,利用LS-DYNA软件对前级装药内壳体形成聚能侵彻体的过程进行分析,调整前级装药结构的内壳体倾斜角度及装药倾斜角度,对不同装药结构参数下聚能侵彻体的成型及环形射流侵彻靶板的过程进行数值仿真,经过对比分析得到符合设计要求的结构参数,消除了前级装药对后级的侵彻毁伤效应,为串联战斗部的优化设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of forward annular shaped charge penetrating the rear structure in tandem warhead, the LS - DYNA software is used to analyze the process on the interior shell of forward shaped charge form- ing the penetrator. Through changing the obliquity of the interior shell and charge, the process of penetrator forming and annular jet penetrating the plates is simulated according to different shaped charge parameters, and a set of structure parameters which are suitable to the demand of design are acquired according to the contrast on the simulation results. The new forward shaped charge structure is eliminated the front - rear penetrating damage, and it provides reference for the optimization design of tandem warhead.
