Clinical significance of low field MR in the diagnosis of brain tumor

摘要 目的:探讨低场强增强核磁在诊断脑部肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月在安阳市肿瘤医院检查的72例疑似脑部肿瘤患者,分析低场强核磁诊断结果与术后病理诊断结果差异性,计算其阳性率、误诊率、漏诊率、确诊率、特异度等指标。结果72例疑似脑肿瘤患者,经病理确诊66例,其中经低场强核磁脑肿瘤阳性61例,其中1例误诊,误诊率为1.6%;6例漏诊,漏诊率为9.1%;60例确诊,确诊率为90.9%;特异度为91.7%。60例确诊患者中,星形细胞瘤18例,髓母细胞瘤12例,血管母细胞瘤11例,转移瘤3例,脑膜瘤5例,室管膜瘤11例;漏诊6例,星形细胞瘤误诊例数1例,血管母细胞瘤漏诊1例,转移瘤漏诊2例,脑膜瘤漏诊2例。不同类型肿瘤中的敏感度与特异性比较差异未见统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论经低场强核磁诊断脑部肿瘤有较高准确率,缩短检测时间,提高患者的检测安全性,有较高临床推广意义。 Objective To investigate the application value of low field intensity enhanced mag-netic resonance on diagnosis of brain tumor.Methods Seventy-two patients with brain tumor from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected, the difference between low field MR diagnosis and the postoperative pathological diagnosis result was analyzed, to the positive rate, the misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate, the diagnosis rate, specific index was calculated.Results Seventy-two patients with suspected brain tumor, 66 cases confirmed by pathology, positive in the low field NMR brain tumors were 61 cases, including 1 case of misdiagnosis, the misdiagnosis rate was 1.6%, 6 cases of misdiagnosis, the missed diagnosis rate was 9.1%, 60 cases were diagnosed, the accuracy rate was 90.9%, specificity was 91.7%;Among the 60 patients, astrocytoma in 18 cases, medulloblastoma in 12 cases, hemangioblas-toma in 11 cases, metastatic tumors in 3 cases, meningioma in 5 cases, ependymoma in 11 cases;missed diagnosis in 6 cases, 1 case of astrocytoma, 1 cases of hemangioblastoma, 2 cases of metastatic tumors, 2 cases of meningioma.The sensitivity and specificity of different types of tumors had no significant differ-ence(P>0.05).Conclusions The low field MR diagnosis of brain tumors have higher accuracy rate, shorter detection time, can improve the detection of patient safety, has high clinical significance.
