Protective effect and mechanism of H_2S on common cardiovascular diseases

摘要 硫化氢(H2S)作为一种内源性气体信号分子,是维持心血管系统稳态的关键因素之一。体内H2S的生成与分解具有多种途径。生理情况下,内源性H2S具有抑制炎症反应,调节血管张力以及促进血管新生的作用。近年来,越来越多的研究证实,H2S在高血压、心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化以及心肌梗死后心肌缺血再灌注损伤中发挥重要的病理生理学效应。具有缓释作用、半衰期长、组织特异性高和低毒性的H2S供体,可能成为心血管疾病治疗潜在药物,具有重大临床意义。 As an endogenous gaseous signal molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is one of the key factors in maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis.H2 S has a variety of ways of generation and decomposition.In physiological condition,endogenous H2 S could inhibit the inflammatory response,regulate of vascular tone and promote angiogenesis.H2 S plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases,such as hypertension,heart failure,atherosclerosis and myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.H2 S donor,with characteristics about sustained released,long half-life,high tissue specificity and low toxicity,may be a potential drug for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
