摘要
针对宝钢1 220mm连续退火机组烟气余热利用现状,结合机组生产特点,在原有余热利用系统基础上,通过增加"过热水"系统,较好解决了机组生产高温料时烟气排放温度高的问题,烟气最终排放温度被控制在150℃左右,实现了烟气余热的再次利用。通过此项目的实施,机组每年节约蒸汽约6 000t,有效节省了机组的能源消耗,降低了产品加工成本。
Aimed at the present situation of waste heat recovery of Baosteel 1 220 mm CAL,and combining with the characteristics of the line running,a new "superheated water"system was added to the original waste heat recovery system.The final temperature of the exhausted gas was reduced to 150℃,while the original temperature was higher than 250℃ when high-temperature strip was treated in this line.About 6 000 tons steam were saved per year,and the product processing cost was reduced.
