摘要
总结了建筑能耗统计方法,提出了对建筑能耗的统计思路。分析了北京市影响建筑能耗的各要素近年来的发展概况,在此基础上获得了全市2012年城镇建筑能耗。结合2004、2009年全市建筑能耗分析结果,从人均建筑能耗和单位建筑面积建筑能耗2个指标的角度分析总结了近年来北京市建筑能耗变化趋势。
This paper puts forward the ideas of building energy consumptionstatistics system and makes a summary of the statistical method of building energy consumption. The paper analyzes the factors which affect the development general situation of building energy consumption in Beijing. We acquired the urban building energy consumption of Beijing in 2012. Finally, we combined the results of building energy consumption of Beijing in 2004 and 2009, summarized the trend of building energy consumption in Beijing from energy consumption per capita and building energy consumption per unit area.
