摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对四川裂腹鱼(Schizothorax kozlovi Nikolsky)的眼球、心脏、肾脏、性腺、脾脏、肝脏、脑、鳃和肌肉9种组织中的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶、苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶、乙醇脱氢酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶5种同工酶进行了测定。结果表明,5种同工酶在四川裂腹鱼9种组织均有表达,且具有明显的组织特异性。
The expression of five different isoenzymes（lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme, malate dehydrogenase isoenzyme, glutamate dehydrogenase isoenzyme, alcohol dehydrogenase isoenzyme and esterase isoenzyme） in nine different tissues（eye,heart,kidney,gonads,spleen,hepatopancreas,brain,gills and muscle） of Schizothorax kozlovi was examined with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（PAGE）. It was shown that all five isoenzymes were expressed in nine different tissues and had clearly tissue specificity.
