摘要
近年来,我国多地110 k V及以上变电站发生OPGW光缆门型架引下部分烧蚀故障,严重威胁到电力通信网的安全可靠运行,已引起各网省电力公司的高度关注。文章结合山东地区的2起OPGW光缆引下部分烧蚀典型案例,研究分析了OPGW光缆门型架引下部分放电烧蚀的共性特点和发生机理,并根据国家电网公司发布实施的有关规范要求和山东省电力公司的实际运维管理经验,提出了OPGW光缆门型架引下部分防烧蚀措施。
In recent years, 110 k V substations around China occurred many erosion faults of OPGW leading down from the tower, which threatened the operation safety of power communication network and attracted high attention of provincial electric power company. Considering two typical cases of OPGW-erosion in Shandong district, and based on the research of the common features and occurring mechanism, this paper proposes several anti-erosion measures of OPGW leading down from the tower, according to the relevant regulations of SGCC and management experience of Shandong Company.
