摘要
为在已知走廊带的情况下,对高速公路造价进行预测,以达到限额设计目的。依据福建省近10年高速公路的建设项目,从每个项目中提取出对造价影响较大的工程量:土石方,防护,排水,桥梁,隧道等主要工程量以及相应的地形指标参数,采用SPSS软件进行相关性分析,分析对这5大工程量起控制作用的关键地形指标,采用MATLAB软件建立5大工程量多元非线性回归模型,结合综合单价、项目费用比例来对造价进行预测。实例验证表明采用该模型能有效地对不同地形条件下五大工程量及总造价合理值进行预测,预测精度高、操作方便。
As in the case of known corridor belt,the highway construction cost is predicted,which helps to limit the implementation of the design. Based on nearly 10 years of highway construction projects in Fujian province,the ones which have a great impact on the cost of the project are extracted from each project,including pricing earthwork,engineering denominated stonework,protecting works,drainage works,bridge construction,tunnel construction and the corresponding terrain index parameters. SPSS is used to do the correlation analysis and analyzes the key indicators terrain which controls the five quantities. And the example shows that the model can predict effectively 5 quantities in different terrain conditions and reasonable value of the total cost,with high precision,easy to operate.
