摘要
目的 分析齿线上黏膜下环切联合黏膜下痔核剥除术治疗急性环状混合痔嵌顿疗效。方法 回顾性的选择2014年5月~2015年5月本院收治90例急性环状混合痔嵌顿患者临床资料,根据治疗时所采用方案分为两组,对照组40例行环痔结扎术治疗,研究组50例行齿线上黏膜下环切联合黏膜下痔核剥除术治疗,比较两组时间指标及临床疗效。结果 研究组手术、住院时间分别为（45.21±2.17）min、（8.21±1.83）d均优于对照组（62.39±3.03）min、（21.21±3.74）d,且研究组总有效率96.00%高于对照组45.00%,两组差异比较均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 齿线上黏膜下环切联合黏膜下痔核剥除术治疗急性环状混合痔嵌顿疗效确切。
Objective Analysis of curative effect of tooth online submucosal cut ring joint submucosal haemorrhoids stripping in treatment of acute incarcerated circular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods Retrospectively,chose 90 cases of acute incarcerated circular mixed hemorrhoid patients＇ clinical data from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital. According to the treatment scheme,they were divided into two groups. And control group 40 patients with regular ring hemorrhoid ligation treatment,the team of 50 patients in observation group treated with regular online submucosal ring gear cutting joint submucous haemorrhoids removal,then compared two groups of time index and the clinical curative effect. Results The time of operation,length of hospital stay（45.21±2.17）min,（8.21±1.83）d respectively were better than the control group（62.39±3.03）min and（21.21±3.74）d. And observation group total effective rate was 96.00% higher than that of control group 45.00%,the differences between the two group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Online submucosal ring cutting teeth combined with Submucosal haemorrhoids stripping technique in treatment of acute incarcerated circular mixed hemorrhoid has curative effect.
