摘要
目的 研究分析高位结扎结合经皮分段缝扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法 选择2014年6月~2015年6月在我院进行诊治的96例大隐静脉曲张患者,通过计算机进行随机分组,对照组48例患者采取传统的根治术进行治疗;研究组48例患者采取高位结扎加经皮分段缝扎术进行治疗。结果 研究组患者的总有效率约为91.67%（44/48）高于对照组的70.83%（34/48）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 高位结扎加经皮分段缝扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张具有疗效。
Objective To study the high ligation combined with percutaneous segmental suture ligation in the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015,choose 96 cases of varicosis of great saphenous vein in patients in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups. Control group,48 cases of patients with traditional radical resection for treatment,and research group（48 cases） patients took high ligation and percutaneous piecewise suture for the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 70.83%（44/48）,it was significantly higher than that of the control group（34/48）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion High ligation and percutaneous piecewise suture in surgical treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein has a more significant effect.
