摘要
目的探讨组合定位法在经皮肾镜取石治疗中的应用价值。方法研究组52例肾结石患者以组合定位法行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术(PCNL),对照组43例患者行常规PCNL,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组建立穿刺通道时间、血红蛋白下降值、输血率、介入栓塞率、1次穿刺建立通道成功率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用组合定位法行PCNL治疗肾结石定位准确、安全简便。
Objective To investigate the application value of combined positioning method in percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods 52 patients with renal calculi were treated by combined positioning method with percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy（PCNL）,43 cases in the control group were treated with conventional PCNL,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,the time of establishment of puncture,hemoglobin,blood transfusion rate,interventional embolization rate,and the establishment of channel success rate were better than those in control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The combined localization method and PCNL in treatment of renal calculi were accurate,safe and simple.
