摘要
目的:分析新兵心理弹性及集训期心理应激、应激后成长的相关性与影响因素,为新兵的心理健康教育与心理素质训练工作的进行提供有效的科学依据。方法:2014年某部队的新兵集训1个月后采用成人心理弹性量表、症状自评量表、应激后成长问卷等对690名新兵做出调查。结果:1新兵具有良好的心理弹性,其心理弹性同自我效能、宣泄调节、内外向具有显著的正相关关系,且与神经质、抑制调节存在明显的负相关关系。2新兵集训后的新兵的应激后成长同心理弹性、正性情绪、宣泄调节等呈显著正相关关系,同负性情绪具有负相关关系。新兵应激后成长的高分组除负性情绪外在心理弹性、正性情绪等因子的得分上都比低分组高(p<0.05)。结论:新兵具有良好的心理弹性,受内外向、宣泄调节、自我效能多方面的影响,其应激后成长中受到心理弹性、正性情绪与抑制情绪的显著影响。
Objective: To analyze the correlation and influencing factors of recruits' resilience and their psychological stress during the training period and their development after the stress, in order to provide a valid scientific basis for psychological health education and psychological quality training of recruits. Method: A survey was carried out on 690 recruits by using psychological resilience scale for adults, symptom checklist and questionnaire for development after stress, after one-month training of recruits from a troop in 2014. Results: 1Recruits have good psychological resilience, and their psychological resilience has a significantly positive correlation with self-efficacy, vent adjustment, introversion and extroversion, and it has significantly negative correlation with nervousness and inhibition adjustment. 2The development of recruits after the stress in the training has significantly positive correlation with psychological resilience, positive emotions and vent adjustment, and it has negative correlation with negative emotions. Besides negative emotions, the group getting higher scores got higher scores in psychological resilience and positive emotions than the group getting lower scores(p〈0.05). Conclusion: New recruits have good psychological resilience, which is influenced by introversion and extroversion, vent adjustment and self-efficacy, and their development after psychological stress is significantly influenced by psychological resilience, positive emotions and inhibition emotions.
