摘要
心理契约是在员工与组织间关于双方相互责任的各种内在信念和主观心理约定,是组织形成凝聚力的重要决定因素。本文从具体的规章制度、良好的人际环境、长远的发展规划三个方面探讨高校教职工和谐心理契约的管理路径。
Psychological contract is various internal beliefs and subjective psychological agreement about mutual responsibility between employees and the organization, and is an important determinant in forming cohesion within the organization. From the specific rules and regulations, good interpersonal environment and long-term development planning, this paper explores ways of harmonious psychological contract management for college teaching staff.
