Determination of Trace Lead by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法测定微量铅含量,通过正交实验研究了缓冲溶液pH值、显色剂二甲酚橙(XO)用量、表面活性剂氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)用量对铅含量测定的影响。结果表明:在缓冲溶液pH值为5.90、XO用量为1.0mL、CPC用量为2.8mL时,铅具有良好的紫外吸收,且与铅含量呈良好的线性关系。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可用于微量铅含量的测定。 The content of trace lead was determinated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The effects of pH value of buffer solution,the dosage of xylenol organe(XO),the dosage of chlorine pyridine cetane(CPC)on determination of trace lead were investigated by orthogonal experiment.Results showed that,lead had the better ultraviolet absorption when pH value of buffer solution was 5.90,the dosage of XO was 1.0mL,the dosage of CPC was 2.8mL,and had a good linear relationship with the content of lead.This method has advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity,so it can be used to determine the content of trace lead.
