摘要 义务教育集团化办学是教育集团的创新模式,在管理模式、现实意义、现存问题等方面已形成一定研究成果,但现有的研究存在理论深度不足、实证研究缺乏、对国外的研究不足等问题。名校集团化是教育均衡、教育公平的创新推动力,激发了办学活力。但集团化办学带来的学校特色问题、优质学校资源稀释问题等也不容忽略。在构建义务教育集团化办学理论过程中,需要广泛开展实证研究,加强可行性研究,适当借鉴国外教育集团经验。 Compulsory education grouping mode is the creative one of educational groups, which has achieved certain success in administrative modes, realistic significance and existing problems. Yet current researches still have some issues deserving further exploration such as lacks of advanced theories, empirical researches and researches on the related foreign areas. Famous school grouping is the impetus for educational equilibrium and equity, activating the vitality of schooling. However, such schooling mode has also brought about some problems such as the resources of quality schools, which can't be neglected. In educational grouping, we should extensively conduct empirical and appropriately refer to some related foreign experience. school characteristics and weakening constructing the theory of compulsory researches, strengthen feasible studies
