摘要
针对华能福州电厂5#和6#炉660 MW超超临界机组主、再热汽温较设计值显著偏低,进行各方面原因分析查找,采取提高中间点温度、优化风量、合理分级送风、优化燃煤热值、加强尾部烟道吹灰等方法,有效提高了主、再热汽温。
In the No.5 and No.6 660 MW ultrasupercritical boiler in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant, the designed superheated and reheated steam temperature were markedly low. In this paper, the problems were analyzed, major causes were found, and technical solutions were provided. The solutions included increasing intermediate temperature, optimization of air rate, air distribution and heating value of coal, and improving soot-blowing, by which the superheated and reheated steam temperature were improved effectively.
