摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高护理人员对患者跌倒/坠床危险因素评估准确性方面的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确立"提高护理人员对跌倒/坠床危险因素评估的准确性"的主题,活动前调查护理人员对患者跌倒/坠床危险因素评估的准确率,通过拟定计划、现状分析、设定目标、原因分析、拟定对策、组织实施的方法开展品管圈活动。结果实施品管圈活动后,护理人员对跌倒/坠床危险因素评估准确率明显高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),圈能力得分也明显高于活动前,并形成了一套评估流程。结论品管圈活动能有效提高护理人员对跌倒/坠床危险因素评估的准确性,做到防患于未然。
Objective To investigate the application effects of the quality control circle activities in improving the risk assessment accuracy by nursing staff in cases of fall/falling down from bed. Methods Quality Control Circle （QCC） team was established with the theme of ＂ improve risk assessment accuracy by nursing staff in cases of fall/falling out of bed risk＂ , and the accuracy of fall/falling out of bed risk assessment by nursing staff was investigated before the test. Through methods of plan formulation, situation analysis, goal setting, cause analysis, countermeasures development, implementation organiza- tion, QCC activities are executed. Results After the implementation of QCC, risk assessment accuracy by nursing staff in cases of fall/falling down from bed was significantly improved, whose difference has statistical significant （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of circle ability was also higher before the test and a set of assessment flow was formed. Conclusion QCC activities effectively improved the risk assessment accuracy by nursing staff in cases of fall/falling down from bed and observed primarily on patients with fall/ falling down from bed risk so that preventive measures can be taken beforehand.
