摘要
目的观察复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法收集2010年2月—2013年3月青光眼患者74例(86眼),行复合式小梁切除术,观察术后前房、视力、眼压、滤过泡的情况。结果术后浅前房发生少,视力改变不明显,眼压控制好,滤过泡形成满意。结论复合式小梁切除术手术效果好,眼压控制满意,是目前治疗各型青光眼的首选方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods 74 cases of glaucoma patients （86 eyes） from February 2010 to March 2013 were received and underwent compound trabeculectomy. The conditions of the postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber and filtering bleb were observed. Results Postoperative shallow anterior chamber occurred not often, visual changes are not obvious, good control of intraocular pressure and satisfactory filtering bleb formation were achieved. Conclusion The effect of trabeculectomy is good and the intraocular pressure control is satisfactory. It is the first choice among treatments to cure various types of glaucoma.
