摘要
研究不同贴面材料对PVC发泡木塑地板吸声性能的影响,可以为其进一步的应用推广提供实验和理论依据。通过热压粘贴工艺对PVC发泡木塑地板进行不同材料的表面贴面及背面覆面,采用驻波管测量法测试其吸声系数,分析贴面材料对PVC发泡木塑地板吸声性能的影响。实验结果表明,PVC发泡木塑地板素材在低频范围内具有一定的吸声性能;在PVC发泡木塑素材表面进行装饰单板贴面和背面覆面粘贴地板静音垫都会提升PVC发泡木塑地板在低频的吸声性能。
The study on the coefficients of sound absorption of PVC foaming wood-plastic flooring decorated with veneer overlay can provide experimental and theoretical basis for its further application and promotion. By hot-press process,surface veneering and back-facing material veneering were coated over the surface of PVC foaming wood-plastic flooring. Standing wave tube measurement was adopted to test the influence of its coefficient of sound absorption on the sound absorption property of PVC foaming wood-plastic flooring. The experimental result showed that the base material of PVC foaming wood-plastic flooring had certain sound absorption property under low frequency domain. Decoration of veneer overlay on the base material and covering floor silence pad over the backfacing of the base material can improve the sound absorption property of PVC foaming wood-plastic flooring under low frequency.
