摘要
托拉塞米是新一代高效髓袢利尿剂,静脉注射作用迅速而持久,利尿作用强,已被广泛用于急、慢性心力衰竭伴发水肿的治疗。本文综述了托拉塞米临床应用、注意事项与配伍禁忌。
Torasemide is a new generation of highly efficient loop diuretics and has been widely used in the treatment of acute and chronic heart failure complicated with edema because of its strong diuretic effect and relatively fewer side effects. The clinical application and precautions of torasemide and its incompatibility with other medicines are summarized in this article.
