摘要
目的探讨内镜下套扎治疗食管孤立性静脉瘤(esophagus solitary venous dilatation,ESVD)的临床诊断、鉴别诊断及内镜下套扎治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析兰州军区兰州总医院2011年12月-2015年1月收治的12例经超声内镜确诊的ESVD患者的临床资料。结果 ESVD的发生以女性较多见,好发于食管中段,多单发、呈半球形,其诊断主要依靠消化道超声微探头内镜,ESVD需与肝内型门静脉高压、肝前型门静脉高压等疾病相鉴别,必要时可行内镜下介入治疗。结论内镜下尼龙环曲张静脉套扎术可安全、有效地治疗ESVD。
Objective To investigate clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis and the clinical endoscopic therapy efficacy with endoloop on esophagus solitary venous dilatation（ ESVD）. Methods Clinical data of 12 cases of ESVD diagnosed by endoscopic ultrasonography（ EUS） in the Lanzhou General Hospital,Lanzhou Command from Dec. 2011 to Jan. 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results ESVDs,who＇s diagnosis depended on gastrointestinal endoscopic with ultrasound miniature probe,occurred more common in women,middle esophagus solitary and hemispherical. ESVDs needed to be differentiated from some diseases like intrahepatic portal hypertension,prehepatic portal hypertension and could be operated by endoscopic interventional treatment if necessary. Conclusion Endoscopic nylon ring varicose vein ligation operation can treated ESVD safely and effectively.
