摘要
曲轴是发动机中关键零件之一,其性能的好坏直接影响到发动机的质量与寿命,随着发动机趋于轻量化、性能优质化,发动机曲轴制造工艺从毛坯,设备选型,工艺流程上发生了很大的变化。高速、高效、柔性、复合化是曲轴制造技术发展的主要方向文章首先阐述了发动机曲轴加工工艺的考虑因素.在此基础上,重点对曲轴加工的关键技术及目前国内工艺现状进行了相关分析与说明。
Crankshaft is one of the key parts in the engine, its performance is good or had directly affects the quality and life of the engine. With the varieties tended to be lightweight, engine performance, engine crankshaft manufacturing process from blank, equipment selection, process flow, great changes have taken place. High speed, efficiency, flexibility and compound are the main development direction of manufacturing technology of the crankshaft. This paper expounds the engine crankshaft processing technology consideration, on this basis, the key to key technology and the current domestic process of crankshaft machining present situation has carried on the related analy- sis and explanation.
