摘要
以提高快速恢复供电能力、增强核心区域供电安全保障能力和提高重要用户供电可靠水平为目标,提出了一种沿海地区电网的防风保安网架规划方法。该方法基于加权网络的路径搜索算法,定量分析各站点和线路对网架结构所起的支撑能力,选择支撑能力排名较前的站点和线路以构建核心骨干网架,梳理向重要用户供电的最短路径,两者结合构成沿海地区电网的防风保安网架。沿海地市电网的算例验证了该规划方法的可行性。
In order to improve the capability of rapid recovery, enhance the safety of power supply of the core area and improve the reliabili- ty level of power supply to important users, a grid planning mehtod for coastal area networks against typhoon is proposed. Based on path search algorithm of weighted network, the structure supporting ability of substations and lines is analyzed quantitatively, and the substations and lines with stronger supporting ability are chosen to construct the core backbone network; then the shortest pathes to supply power to the important user are analyzed; and finally a coastal area network scheme against typhoon is formed by taking into account the core backbone network and the shortest pathes. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by the example of a coastal city network.
