7月初,耐克森(中国)线缆有限公司法人代表塔努焦约走进上海出入境管理局的办事大厅,递交了申办永久居留的申请。上海自7月1日起施行的海外人才新政降低了外籍人士永久居留证的申办门槛,已经给自己取了中文名"张文好"的法国人塔努焦约,这次终于有望一圆心中的"中国绿卡梦"。实施更积极、更开放、更有效的海外人才引进政策。
Several new policies about overseas talent took effect in Shanghai on July 1st. Expat with annual salary of 600,000 and annual personal income tax of 120,000 could be identified as overseas talent. Overseas talent working in Shanghai for consecutive 4 years with at least 6 month of stay in China for each year can apply Permanent Residence Certificate. Some overseas talent even can hire foreign housekeeping personnels. Overseas students can work in Shanghai just after graduating from a Chinese university, just after geting a kind of Residence permit with 2 year validity.
