摘要
目的观察心脑脉络复元汤对冠心病心绞痛患者体液免疫功能紊乱的防治作用。方法 80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予心脑脉络复元汤,对照组给予复方丹参片,两组均口服4周。治疗前后抽静脉血测定血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、C3和C4体液免疫指标。并纳入20例同期体检的健康人做相同检测比较。结果两组心绞痛疗效比较:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组心电图疗效比较:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组体液免疫指标检测结果的比较:治疗前两组患者血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、C3和C4比较无明显差异(P>0.05),而两组患者血清Ig G、C3平均水平明显高于健康组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组患者血清Ig G、C3恢复正常,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组降低的程度较大,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论心脑脉络复元汤有明显调节冠心病患者体液免疫功能的作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction on cerebral vein humoral immune function of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris disorder. Methods 80 patients with angina of coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction. The control group received Fufangdanshen tablet. The therapeutic course was 4 weeks in both groups. before and after the treatment,venous blood samples were taken for measuring humoral immune indices. 20 cases of healthy people do the same detection. Results Comparison of curative effect of angina in two groups： the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Comparison of the efficacy of ECG of two groups： the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Comparison of two groups of humoral immune index test results： Before treatment,there was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05） between the average value of Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、C3 and C4 in serum of the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease,but the average value of Ig G and C3 in serum of the patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those of healthy group（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the average value of Ig G and C3 in serum of the patients in treatment group returned to normal. There was significant difference before and after treatment（ P〈0. 01）,compared with the control group,the patients in treatment group decreased greatly,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction has obvious regulation of humoral immune function of patients with coronary heart disease.
