咳嗽、气促、间断发热、皮疹

摘要 病历摘要患者男,49岁,因＂咳嗽、气促、间断发热、皮疹3个多月,加重1个月＂入院。患者2013年12月初无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳白色泡沫样痰,约100 mL/24 h,伴活动后气促,低热（约37.8℃）,3 d后全身出现皮疹,以腹部和背部为主,瘙痒明显。2014年1月12日至当地医院就诊,查血常规：白细胞计数16×109/L,嗜酸粒细胞6.85×109/L,支气管舒张试验阴性;胸部CT示双肺散在斑片状、结节影,双下肺轻度支气管扩张（图1a）。
