摘要
目的分析探讨心理护理在急性阑尾炎治疗中应用效果。方法选取我院2013年8月～2015年6月收治的急性阑尾炎患者48例作为本次研究对象,所有患者均采取阑尾切除术治疗,其中24例患者给予常规护理,设为对照组;24例患者在对照组的基础上采取心理护理,设为观察组,对比分析两组患者焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表得分。结果观察组焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评量表得分低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论在常规治疗的基础上给予急性阑尾炎患者心理护理,有利于消除或缓解患者负面情绪,保证患者积极配合医生治疗,提高护理效果与治疗效果,促进患者痊愈。
Objective Analysis and discussion psychological care in therapeutic application effect of acute appendicitis.Methods 48 cases as of this study were chosen in our hospital in August 2013～June 2015, all patients were taken appendectomy treatment, 24 patients were given usual care as the control group, 24 cases on the basis of the control group patients to take on the psychological care, observation group, comparative analysis of the two groups were anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores.ResultsThere were anxiety scale score, self-rating depression scale scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant comparison,P〈0.05.Conclusion Give psychological care of patients with acute appendicitis on the basis of conventional therapy, help eliminate or alleviate the negative emotions of patients, to ensure that patients and actively cooperate with medical treatment, to improve the effectiveness of care and treatment, facilitate patient recovery.
