摘要
目的分析康复护理改善高龄(年龄≥60岁)脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将89例高龄脑卒中偏瘫患者进行分组,常规组给予神经内科常规基础护理,康复组增加康复护理干预,采用日常生活活动能力评价量表评价改善肢体功能的效果。结果康复组康复后ADL评分(75.73±6.88)分高于普通组(60.38±6.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复组康复后总有效率84.44%高于普通组63.64%,χ2=5.026 3,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.026 3,P<0.05)。结论康复护理能够有效提高高龄脑卒中患者的肢体功能,在提高生活质量和降低致残率方面具有重要的作用。
Objective To analysis of rehabilitation nursing to improve old （age 60 or higher） the effect of limb function in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods Using random number table method to 89 cases of senile cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients group, conventional group give nerve internal medicine nursing on a regular basis, rehabilitation group increase rehabilitation nursing intervention, using daily life activities ability evaluation questionnaire evaluation to improve the effect of limb function.ResultsThe rehabilitation group rehabilitation ADL score （75.73±6.88） points higher than normal group （60.38±6.84）, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Rehabilitation after total effective rate was 84.44% higher than normal group 63.64%, χ2= 5.026 3, the difference statisticaly signiifcant （χ2=5.026 3,P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the limb function of cerebral apoplexy in aged patients, in improving the quality of life and reduce morbidity has an important role.
