摘要
目的观察探讨中药辅助治疗在异位妊娠保守治疗中的疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2015年1月我院住院部所收治的异位妊娠患者共计80例作为研究对象,应用数字随机表的方法对患者进行分组,对照组、观察组中分别纳入40例。对照组患者治疗措施为西医基础用药方案,观察组患者治疗措施为对照组方案＋中药复制治疗。对比两组患者12 d结束后异位妊娠保守治疗的疗效差异。结果观察组患者总有效率统计为95.00%（38/40）,对照组为77.50%（31/40）,观察组高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论西药基础治疗联合中药辅助治疗在异位妊娠保守治疗中的效果显著,可提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe to explore Chinese medicine auxiliary curative effect for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by as the research object from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital, the application of digital random grouping method for the patient, respectively in 40 patients in control group and observation group. Control patients treatment regimen for western medicine foundation, the observation group of patients treatment measures for the control plan and copy Chinese traditional medicine treatment. 12 d compared two groups of patients after conservative treatment ectopic pregnancy curative effects.ResultsThe total effective rate in the control group patients statistics was 95.00% （38/40）, the control group was 77.50% （31/40）, observation group is signiifcantly higher than the control group, signiifcant difference was found in comparison with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Western medicine foundation treatment with Chinese medicine auxiliary therapy effect is remarkable in the ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment can improve the clinical curative effect, the promotion of practical value.
